The Kam Camaro is a 1969 Chev RS SS Camaro with a 400 cubed Dart Small Block, 871 Blower, Methanol Muscle car. There are lots of subtle changes to the near perfect shape of the Camaro Factory body that are hard to notice unless you know a Camaro well or sit it next to a factory one.
Starting at the front, front guards I have welded the extra lower panel to the front guard making it one, The inside edge of the guards have been smoothed out and welded up to be smooth all way around as well as extending the bottom to meet the lower sills better. Chassis is still factory 69 Camaro but smoothed out, Front radiator support panel I have welded up any holes not needed and smoothed out. Front lower valance have been changed to fit Billet maker lights, Front nose cone I have filled in the gap between the nose cone and radiator support panel to make it one.

Firewall has been welded up and any holes not needed smoothed out and cleaned up all edges, the front doors I have welded the inner and outer skins together for a cleaner finish as well as filled in the door handles and mirror holes, rear quarters have had seems welded up for cleaner lines, Back of car have welded the back panel to the rear quarters to make it one getting rid of the seem around the whole back of the car and the depression in the bottom. Behind rear window have welded the seems up under the rear window that go to boot lid for cleaner lines. The boot lid itself I have welded the inner and outer skins together and welded up any holes under it that were not needed. The hood has had 2 weeks of fabricating on it, Its all steel and all holes have been welded up as well as around hole for super charger.
Under carriage have welded in a 4 link rear to cope with the horsepower but still made it look like it was factory. The whole undercarriage I have tried to keep factory line with a clean edge to it I did not want a flat under carriage which is all painted in the 2 colors of the car to keep the same theme under the car as on top.
The wheels have been fitted without tubing the car as I did not want to cut into this car because what I wanted to create was a modern version of a classic muscle car and not vary to much from the cars original shapes etc.
The interior is all hand made totally unique and not out of any car in particular I have hand made the dashboard, Console, Seats doors etc to give it like a concept look I wanted it to look like it was created for the whole concept of the car which is why I have done away with all the pinchweld etc around windows and front pillars and the ugly rubbers that are usually at the front and rear windows. Dash has been shaped out of florist foam and the glassed, Bogged and trimmed in leather to still incorporate Demisters, AC vents etc as well as traditional 2 round gauges in it like factory Camaro.
Console has 4 gauges in it like Factory and has billet window switches in it and a bit of color in it as I felt it needed for a black interior. The door trims have a bit of color in the as well which if you have a look at it is in line with console rear and like it has been cut in half and placed on each door.
This sums up most of the big mods to the Camaro I have built the car for me and exactly what I hade wanted my Camaro to look like hope you guys and the public enjoy it.
Steering has been upgraded to power steering rack and pinion, The suspension has been upgraded to front and rear Air Struts with 25 way adjustable dampening control and independent front and rear with new upper and lower tubular control arms and dropped spindles finished of with big brakes and front and rear disk brakes. The braking system is a new power booster which runs of power steering fluid so to run with a supercharged engine easier.
